Sarah Jessica Parker recent stellar appearance at Sex and the City 2 premiere in a lime green asymmetric Valentino Couture dress made us ask the question — why haven’t we featured the Valentino’s Spring/Summer 2010 Haute Couture collection here yet?
While we’re not too sure about the color as a wedding gown (though it looks striking on a runway or red carpet), the fitted bodice with beautiful draping and light, flowing train cuts a beautiful silhouette.
Used sparingly the bright chartreuse color is an interesting accent to the earthy beige rose tones in the dresses below. The dress on the left, with its pretty fabric flowers, would look great in a outdoorsy wedding set in an enchanted woods. :)
Short dress on the right was last seen on Dree Hemingway at amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS Gala. Check out the luscious tiers of ruffles round the neck of the suit on the left. Mmm..
