Usually when a collection is described as “edgy”, there’s always a danger of it going deep into esoteric territory. But David Fielden’s vision of romance with a twist is highly accessible and, in fact, just right up our alley. In editing today’s collection, we came down with a case of “happy headache”. This happens when we are presented with a collection where each and every dress is exceptionally beautiful and unique that it gets difficult to select the ones that get to be featured here.
“My Sposa 2014 Collection was based on an “edgy romance”. The dresses took a more romantic turn but were pared down; the shapes simple and modern with attention to detail, texture, re application of lace onto beading, hints of nude coloring and a play on layering and transparency.”
The urban location along with the lighting effects for the presentation also played a part in adding an air of mystery to the whole look, but, like us, you don’t have to be there to appreciate the ethereal, other-worldly quality of these gowns. And like us, we bet you’d be equally enchanted by this exquisite collection. Enjoy!
