Boho brides, get ready to fall in love! We sharing an exclusive first look at the stunning new campaign by Watters today. This collection makes us giddy in excitement cos it’s filled with SO. MUCH. PRETTY! Inspired by a classic Lewis Carroll poem, the Spring 2019 Watters collection features wedding gowns that are perfect for the modern fairytale bridal look — delicate layers of tulle and laces, exquisite embellishments of lustrous pearls and shimmery beadwork, and a super-romantic aesthetic that feels fresh yet timeless.
“The Sun Was Shining on The Sea collection was inspired by Lewis Carroll’s narrative poem, “The Walrus and the Carpenter” which appears in the book “Through the Looking Glass” with the collection name being drawn from this passage. The images were shot along the Oregon coast by photographer Heather Gildroy, the breathtaking, natural location speaks to the nature found in Carroll’s poem.”
