Color me pretty – We’re not talking about fire engine red or electric blue here (though you’re welcome to rock these shades on your wedding) but lighter shades of pale – a blush of rose, a touch of peach, a hint of baby blue –- or a little metallic sheen –- champagne gold, glints of silver or copper — make beautiful alternatives to white and ivory. Ombré and muted hand painted watercolor effect (ala Hilary Duff’s Vera Wang wedding dress) are also seen on a number of wedding dresses this year.
